Apex Counseling Services, ltd. has been established in private practice and collaborative community treatment programs since 2008. Susan Parcels and Rachel Freeman are dedicated Counseling and Psychotherapy Professionals, working with clients and the community collaboratively in the areas of Mental Health Treatment, Domestic Violence Treatment and Trauma Treatment in both individual counselling and group counselling settings.
